Qualifications

• Proven experience in data management and various data tools.
• Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting.
• Experience working with HR, Finance, and Retail teams.
• Understanding of payroll processes and compensation structures.
• Desirable experience in retail incentive scheme analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and system requirements.
• Develop and propose new solutions or enhancements.
• Serve as an intermediary between business and IT teams.
• Coordinate implementation and testing of solutions.
• Produce and maintain documentation for solutions.
• Safeguard data quality and consistency.
• Monitor data flows for timely reporting.
• Calculate monthly commission and bonus payments.
• Partner with teams to design incentive models.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
