We are recruiting a determined, relationship-driven sales professional for the Regional Sales Manager role. This is a great opportunity to work on major civils and drainage projects with a diverse client base, within our award-winning team at Marshalls.
What’s the Mission?
Reporting to the Southern Trading Director, you will utilize your sales experience and industry knowledge in your region. You will proactively identify, develop, manage, and convert high-potential drainage and water management sales opportunities across Civils & Drainage products. You will work independently, building strategic relationships with key specifiers, contractors, house builders, and merchants.
You will develop and implement a regional business plan aligned with the national Civils and Drainage strategy. Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with merchant branches and fostering mutually profitable relationships.
You will represent Marshalls at exhibitions and trade events, spotting market trends and competitor activity to inform team strategies.
