• Stable career history in a sub or main contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and encourage the commercial staff with their duties.
• Develop an environment for idea sharing among staff.
• Monitor and support commercial staff through regular reviews.
• Provide leadership and support to junior team members.
• Review Sub-contractors and engage with the supply chain.
• Work with the Operational Lead to ensure accurate data recording.
