In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate people, processes and performance across a multidisciplinary, matrixed organisation. You’ll act as the operational hub—connecting teams, guiding decisions and enabling the smooth delivery of complex technical work.

• Build strong working relationships with internal partners across finance, HR, sales, project management and service lines, ensuring alignment and shared accountability.
• Develop and manage operational plans, budgets, performance KPIs and financial targets to support strategic priorities.
• Monitor resource utilisation, project loads and technical requirements—redirecting work or reallocating capacity as needed.
• Lead and mentor a skilled technical workforce, fostering engagement, continuous development and high performance.
• Support customer interactions, collaborating closely with leadership to meet organisational goals and elevate the customer experience.

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Physics or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years’ leadership experience within technical, operational, or engineering environments.
• Lean Sigma Green Belt or similar continuous improvement training is a plus.

• Confident in strategic planning, budgeting and managing P&L elements.
• Able to inspire, guide and grow teams in a fast-paced, technical setting.
• Strong analytical judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Clear communicator who can translate detailed technical or operational concepts for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working across cultures and functions to achieve shared outcomes.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving.
