Job description
Our client is expanding, and our growing Consumer, Medical & Information Technologies division is looking for an Operations Manager to lead operations at our Hampshire campus—home to one of the UK’s most advanced EMC and Wireless testing environments. You’ll take charge of daily operations for our Radio, SAR and EMC functions, ensuring the site runs efficiently, effectively and in alignment with business goals.
Role Overview

In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate people, processes and performance across a multidisciplinary, matrixed organisation. You’ll act as the operational hub—connecting teams, guiding decisions and enabling the smooth delivery of complex technical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong working relationships with internal partners across finance, HR, sales, project management and service lines, ensuring alignment and shared accountability.
  • Develop and manage operational plans, budgets, performance KPIs and financial targets to support strategic priorities.
  • Monitor resource utilisation, project loads and technical requirements—redirecting work or reallocating capacity as needed.
  • Lead and mentor a skilled technical workforce, fostering engagement, continuous development and high performance.
  • Support customer interactions, collaborating closely with leadership to meet organisational goals and elevate the customer experience.
Qualifications
