Qualifikationen
- Minimum 5 years Corporate Trust or related financial markets/securities industry experience.
- Strong Client Management Experience required.
- Ability to quickly address issues with strong decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft tools particularly Excel.
Aufgaben
- Oversee assigned portfolios to ensure high Client Experience Levels.
- Engage with Clients to ensure timely execution and perform Report Reviews.
- Develop strong working relationships with Front Office Relationship Managers.
- Lead Client Meetings and ensure effective follow-ups.
- Resolve complex situations as a high-level escalation point.
- Train support team on Client and deal specific requirements.
