Operating primarily with social housing providers and local authorities, this values-led business is known for its expertise, collaboration and commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

As they prepare for significant growth — up to 50% expansion over the next 12–18 months — they’re seeking an inspiring Director of Operations & Culture to shape and lead the people, culture, and communications strategy.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll:

  • Lead HR and people operations — recruitment, onboarding and engagement.
  • Develop and deliver a people and culture strategy that connects a remote-working team.
  • Oversee marketing, brand and communications, ensuring alignment across all channels.
  • Champion the company’s values and ensure culture scales with growth.

This is a pivotal leadership role — ideal for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for building great places to work.
