Job Title: Operations Manager

- Reporting to the CEO, the post holder will play a key role in the Leadership Team, developing, managing, and monitoring services in line with the charity's mission and aims.
- Management of Project Leads, day-to-day operations and projects.
- Working with the CEO in the development and opening of a new Stay and Play Café in Gateshead.
- Working with the Fundraising Manager and Project Leads to diversify income via statutory, trusts and corporate funds.
- Act as deputy to the CEO.
