Location: London

Package: Up to GBP 62,000 + Bonus + Travel

Responsibilities
  • As Operations Manager, you will look after around six sites, reporting directly to the Operations Director. You will take ownership of performance across your region, focusing on people, sales and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.
  • You will be working with a strong brand that is performing well but still has room to grow. The focus will be on developing teams, fine-tuning service standards, and bringing fresh energy to the guest experience.
  • This group emphasises internal development, so you will be coaching and mentoring your teams to help them reach their potential while driving standards and commercial results.
