A consultancy firm in the West Midlands is seeking a Families First Programme Manager for a 3-month contract. The role involves coordinating and delivering the Families First Programme to enhance social care services. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing strategic social care services and multi-disciplinary teams. The position offers a hybrid working model and competitive compensation of £500-£550 per day inside IR35.

Reporting into the Assistant Director, the purpose of the role is to coordinate, develop and deliver the Families First Programme and associated projects, to ensure the development and enhancement of existing social care services and family support provision.
