A successful manufacturing business is seeking an HR Manager in Cheltenham offering a salary of £40-45k plus benefits. The role is focused on supporting the Leadership team and requires strong communication skills, proactive approaches, and experience in HR generalist functions across the employee life cycle. Ideal candidates will be professional HR qualified or currently studying towards accreditation.
Qualifications
- Experience across all aspects of the employee life cycle.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels, including shop floor.
- Previous role in a standalone HR position is preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for career progression – are you a Senior HR Advisor looking to progress to become an HR Manager?
This is a standalone role for a successful manufacturing business in central Gloucester which has benefitted from capital investment and is part of a European group.
There is c 100 employees and the role is based on site.
We are looking for an HR Generalist with broad experience of all aspects of the employee life cycle. You will be working with and supporting your key stakeholders as part of the Leadership team and building relationships across all levels of the business including the shop floor.
Ideally you will have gained a professional HR qualification (or equivalent) or be studying for one.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential to your success.
