We’re looking for a HR Manager who wears several hats — someone who’s not just about policies, but about people, performance, and progress. You’ll challenge the status quo, explore the art of the possible, and collaborate with confidence to drive meaningful change.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll work closely with warehouse and head office teams, empowering managers to grow high‑performing teams and make great decisions. You’ll lead engagement initiatives, turn feedback into action, and continuously improve how we work. You’ll also own reporting and analytics, using data to drive insight and impact.
