You should have experience leading HR projects, such as developing learning and development programs, implementing HR systems, or managing organizational change. Candidates must possess an in-depth working knowledge of UK employment law, alongside exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Your ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and your strategic thinking will be your greatest assets. Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, especially in sectors like production, manufacturing, or construction, is highly desirable.
