Responsibilities in your new role as HR Manager

In this role, you\'ll be the driving force behind building an engaged, high-performing team by managing the full employee journey — from attracting top talent and creating a smooth onboarding experience to supporting career development and celebrating success. You\'ll design and deliver HR policies and initiatives that not only keep the organisation compliant but also inspire a positive and collaborative culture, where everyone can thrive. Working closely with the leadership team, you\'ll develop innovative hiring strategies and ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive and rewarding. Your personality, experience and qualifications

Your ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and your strategic thinking will be your greatest assets. Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, especially in sectors like production, manufacturing, or construction, is highly desirable.
