Job summary
A leading building contractor in Ipswich seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee project delivery, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess significant project management experience, strong IT skills, and relevant certifications. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of £85,000 to £90,000 annually.
Qualifications
- Have SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Understand and control budgets and site expenditure.
- Good knowledge of current Health & Safety law and practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project as the primary point of contact.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and supply-chain.
- Develop and implement a site Health and Safety Plan.
- Monitor and report on the advancement of the works.
