Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' commercial legal experience, either in-house or in private practice.
• Experience drafting and negotiating agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Knowledge of Competition Law and Procurement Law.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support to the Managing Director.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with external solicitors on specialist matters.
