Responsibilities

• Responsible for H&S of the sites and engineers.
• Work closely with the Contract Support to ensure service levels are maintained.
• Provide leadership to ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Support the Helpdesk in achieving customer satisfaction.
• Meet with clients to establish communication and attend meetings.
• Ensure contract meets health and safety working conditions.
