The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating desire through navigating the core of fashion trends and shaping the narrative of luxury. In this role you will utilise your strong interpersonal skills and connect with clients at all levels, effectively, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. As a Fashion Advisor, you will collaborate closely with colleagues daily, contributing to a cohesive, collaborative team environment and elevating the standards of excellence.

• Cultivate genuine relationships to foster trust and ensure enduring loyalty from our clientele reflecting the essence of the brand.
• Tailor and offer personalised guidance that elevates our clients’ journey through showcasing an in depth understanding of individual preferences and lifestyles
• Maintain an organised approach when completing tasks, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail
• Foster a culture of collective brilliance and creativity within the boutique and champion the brand’s legacy of excellence through inspiring colleagues to uphold the highest standards of luxury service.

• Gaining deeper insights from a leading player in the luxury fashion market, understanding cultural nuances, consumer behaviour, and the latest developments shaping the industry.
• Acquiring hands-on experience with CRM systems, which are widely used in the fashion industry to manage client interactions and preferences effectively.
• Navigating challenges and finding creative solutions to meet clients\' needs and exceed their expectations, building resilience and adaptability in the process.
