Hybrid Data & Reporting Business Analyst – BI & Forecasting
Job summary
A leading consulting firm is seeking to hire Business Analysts for various roles, including operations and data analytics, to support large-scale operations in financial services. The positions require strong analytical skills, experience in translating business needs into actionable insights, and involvement in strategies that enhance communication with customers. Successful candidates will also have a deep understanding of data analytics, demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, and know-how in compliance and risk frameworks. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the UK.
Qualifications
- Experience developing driver-based monthly forecasts and facilitating reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within risk compliance or regulatory environments.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and guide.
Responsibilities
- Translating business needs into clear requirements and supporting the delivery of dashboards and reporting.
- Conducting detailed analysis of risk, regulatory compliance, and legal requirements.
- Drafting and managing customer communication plans ensuring clarity and consistency.
