The Role

Senior Digital Trade Analyst to harness the digital data we collect, and to develop tangible insights that help identify opportunities to grow both engagement and revenue for the Club.

Your day-to-day
  • Digital trading – you'll oversee daily execution and performance of our websites and app, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with commercial goals
  • Team collaboration – you will work closely with the wider team to maximise digital engagement and unlock commercial opportunities
  • Channel analysis – you'll monitor engagement across digital channels, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive revenue and profit
  • Performance reporting – you will create and manage regular reporting suites to provide commercial teams with accurate, actionable performance data
  • UX insights – you'll analyse key user experience trends to ensure a smooth and intuitive supporter journey across all digital platforms
  • Supporter journey – you will track and evaluate supporter interactions across digital touchpoints, identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Attribution strategy – you'll oversee Arsenal’s digital attribution model to ensure traffic and revenue sources are assessed from a full-funnel perspective
  • Analytics leadership – you will act as the commercial team’s subject matter expert for digital analytics, owning reporting tools and driving a data-led approach
