What we offer you

You have the opportunity to take ownership of a key business area. You’ll work in London at our HQ and will be challenged to grow continuously. We provide:

  • The opportunity to have a real impact and gain operational experience in a start-up where your work and results are tangible and matter to the business.
  • Inspiration and guidance from a high-performing team, including the CEO and founder.
  • Unlimited growth potential with a track record of internal promotions.
  • Travel opportunities to join our conferences overseas.
  • Invaluable transferable skills through experience and training in interpersonal, research, organisation, outreach and project management.
Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary but are mainly centered around:

  • Identify, maintain and develop long-standing relationships with institutional investors who can benefit from our targeted offerings and network.
  • Facilitate 1:1 meetings with relevant fund managers to align with LP investment strategies.
  • Support the team in delivering exclusive products such as roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions, which may involve engaging audiences beyond traditional institutional investors (e.g., GPs).
What the future holds

Whether you are at 2 or 10+ years in your career, this position is designed to lay the foundation for a very successful path. We promote internally, and a significant portion of our people move into PE/Venture or M&A roles, underscoring the opportunity this company offers.

What we expect from you

Please note that no specific prior work experience is required as training is provided. We are looking to recruit candidates across different levels of experience, but you must have a UK work permit. We are seeking candidates who:

  • Have a relentless drive and a strong desire to excel.
  • Demonstrate a superior work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
  • Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through on commitments.
  • Are curious about people and enjoy speaking with others to build and nurture relationships.
  • Are excellent communicators, especially verbally and in writing.
