A local government body in Peterborough is offering a fixed term opportunity for an Executive Assistant role until March 31, 2026. The successful candidate will provide essential support for directors including complex diary management and report preparation. We have a fixed term opportunity covering leave for an Executive Assistant role until 31st March 2026. The role is full time working 37 hours a week in the EA Hub to provide support for directors.
You will need to have full executive and personal assistance skills and experience working at director level to include; complex diary management, minute taking, preparing reports and information for your director, working knowledge of the standard Microsoft suite. Transferrable skills will also be considered.
You should be self-motivated, flexible and have excellent organisational skills alongside the ability to manage your own workload, priorities and forward plan.
The role will also require you to provide high quality cover support to the other Executive Assistants and Senior Executive Assistants in the EA Hub during times of absence.
