  • Manage and prioritize executive's calendar across global time zones.
  • Organize international and domestic travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting documents and attend team meetings to take minutes.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and presentations.
  • Organize electronic and manual file systems.
  • Welcome external guests and assist in onboarding new joiners.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within Financial Services
