A leading healthcare organization in Guildford is seeking a motivated Executive PA to provide comprehensive support to Executive Directors. Responsibilities include managing diaries, organizing meetings, and handling confidential correspondence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communicative and organizational skills, with experience in administrative roles. We are looking for a motivated and personable Executive PA to join our team. The postholder will support delivery of the highest standards of personal assistance to Executive Directors, ensuring that they are able to make the most effective use of their time. They will provide comprehensive support to two to three Executive Directors, manage the organisation of key Executive meetings, and support the PA Team overall to ensure efficient and effective running of the Trust's management. The postholder is expected to work on their own authority and initiative, prioritising their own time to ensure that deadlines are met, and work in close collaboration with other members of the Executive PA Team, the Executive Assistant to the Chair and CEO, Executive Directors, other key stakeholders within the Trust, and partnership organisations.

This role is based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital (Guildford hospital site). The postholder may be required to work at alternative locations on occasion to support the work of Executive Directors. Some level of hybrid working may be considered in line with the Trust's flexible working policy.
This is a full‑time role with Monday‑Friday working hours. The postholder may be required to work unsocial hours on an occasional basis in order to support the overall functioning of the Team.
