The Role:
The Indexes Sales Operational team seeks an enthusiastic, results-driven, and experienced pre-sales consultant who is passionate about providing world-class pre-sales support to our global index sales team. You will service and support external and internal clients. In this role, you will interact with clients, sales, marketing, product management, and technology teams. A successful Pre Sales Consultant will have a strong client-centric mindset, a data-driven approach to continuous process improvement, a focus on operational excellence, and experience leading training and projects. The role is based in our Chicago office or London office.
