Job description

We are looking for an experienced multi‑tasker with excellent communication skills and a consistent upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management in handling a variety of office facilities tasks and project management. We are currently recruiting for an IFM Co‑Ordinator to join the team at Cambridge Science Park. The successful candidate will support the IFM Manager & Admin team in delivering a proactive administration model to support the development of the contract across all services.

Responsibilities
  • IFM supplier/contractor communication (Campus/Office). Daily contract management, daily operation communication with site team and IFM suppliers.
  • Tenants management, including lease contract management, service fee management (inc. utility fee), daily communication, dispute management, and facility management.
  • Project management of campus/office, e.g. office decoration, office relocation, and other small renovation projects.
  • Supplier management including contract management, KPI management and cooperation relationship management.
  • Office environment management: space management and daily operations of each office, track repair requests and monitor progress until full delivery. Ensure all PPMs are scheduled correctly and carried out on time.
Qualifications
  • IFM coordinator/Assistant experience of no less than 1 year.
  • Supplier management or team management experience of no less than 1 year.
  • Good communication ability.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Team spirit, openness for an international environment.
  • Result‑driven attitude.
  • Well‑organized and structured working style.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Relevant background or specialized qualification in Facility and/or Construction Management.
  • Relevant EHS qualifications.
  • RE related qualifications preferred.
  • Language skills: Predominantly English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • IOSH Certification.
  • Familiar with IFM related compliance.
