A maintenance services provider is seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrician in Surrey/Hampshire. Responsibilities include planned maintenance and electrical works across multiple sites. This permanent role offers a competitive salary between £42,000 - £46,500, with expected earnings up to £65,000 annually. Benefits include a company van, paid travel time, and overtime potential.

We are actively recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to be based in the Surrey / Hampshire regions to carry out planned maintenance (PPMs), alongside remedial works / fault finding and repairs within a range of commercial environments.
As the Maintenance Electrician, you will be attending between 2 and 8 sites per day (dependant on workload and locations) and carrying out a wide range of electrical works such as flick tests, emergency lighting tests, lamps, ballasts, decorative lighting, internal/external security lighting, power distribution, transformers, wiring, cabling, sockets, circuits, floor boxes, power supplies to HVAC / fire and security systems, electrical accessories (mag locks etc), fire alarm tests, electrical components within building services systems and similar.
