NEOS Engineering is currently recruiting on behalf of a busy and dynamic plant maintenance company based around Maidstone. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Heavy Plant Engineer to join their team.

About the Role

As a Heavy Plant Engineer, you'll play a key role in inspecting, servicing, and repairing a wide range of plant machinery, ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards and ready to meet customer demands. This is a hands‑on role, working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
