We’re working with a well-established freight forwarding company that’s on the lookout for an experienced Import Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on taking ownership of the full import process and enjoys working in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing ocean import shipments from start to finish
• Liaising with overseas agents, carriers, hauliers, and customers
• Preparing and submitting customs entries
• Arranging deliveries and ensuring all documentation is in order
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the process
• Keeping systems up to date and handling any issues proactively

? What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience handling import freight forwarding – ideally sea freight
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end process including customs clearance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
