Role: Academy Goalkeeping Coach

Hours: 35 hours per week, to include evenings and weekends

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Contract Type: Fixed term until 31st May 2026

This role will work within the youth development phase, managing and coaching our goalkeepers. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting academy goalkeepers through their training and match day experiences. You will also be responsible for uploading essential information to Kitman Labs. Additionally, you will contribute to the trial processes and play a key role in our talent identification and scouting program.

• Manage and coach academy goalkeepers within the youth development phase.
• Support academy goalkeepers through training and match day experiences.
• Upload essential information to Kitman Labs.
• Contribute to trial processes and participate in talent identification and scouting programs.

• FA Emergency First Aid Certificate (minimum Level 2)
• FA Safeguarding qualification
• UEFA B Goalkeeping License
• UEFA B License
