A pioneering charity in London is seeking an experienced Careers Specialist to support young people in overcoming barriers to employment. In this role, you will provide personalized guidance, deliver workshops, and cultivate meaningful opportunities. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles, with strong communication skills and a passion for empowering youth. The position is hybrid and offers a salary between £32,000 and £34,500 annually, depending on experience.

Responsabilidades
Provide individual guidance to young people on achieving their career goals.
Deliver workshops and outreach activities across multiple London boroughs.
Support young people with CVs, applications, and interview preparation.
Conocimientos
Experience supporting young people or adults from disadvantaged backgrounds
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience delivering employability workshops
Confidence using IT systems and databases
Herramientas
Salesforce or similar CRM tools
