Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing, driving, and motivating a field sales force to hit sales targets.
  • Experience in developing a field-based team targeted on self-generating leads.
  • Experience in leading high performing sales teams with exposure to the SME market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of up to 20 field-based BDMs.
  • Accountable for sales revenue performance in the region.
  • Identify strengths and opportunities to enhance sales performance.
  • Work with Sales Director to review performance regularly.
  • Manage the performance of direct reports and take corrective measures.
  • Coach and develop the sales team in the field.
  • Upskill the team on self-generating leads.
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones.
