With offices across Europe, Asia, and the US, the firm has built a reputation for excellence in advocacy and for fostering genuine collaboration between partners and associates. Lawyers here enjoy a high level of exposure to strategy, client contact, and advocacy work early in their careers, all within an environment that values quality, independence of thought, and professional growth.

The Role

Working as part of a high-performing global arbitration team, you will act on major international disputes, with a particular focus on infrastructure and large-scale construction projects involving multiple jurisdictions. The work is intellectually rigorous, commercially significant, and offers an unparalleled platform for developing your expertise in cross-border arbitration.

Key responsibilities include

  • Drafting complex written submissions and managing junior team members in the process.
  • Overseeing research and document review.
  • Assisting in the preparation of witness and expert evidence.
  • Liaising directly with clients, experts, and tribunals.
  • Supporting partners on thought leadership and business development initiatives, including client briefings and international conferences.
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent) with 3-6 years' PQE.
  • Experience in complex international arbitration, handling construction, engineering, energy, or infrastructure disputes, including technical, delay, and quantum-related issues.
  • A strong academic record and exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and high professional standards.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles.
Why Apply
