A leading law firm in Leeds seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team. The firm offers a broad range of Employment matters and the opportunity to work with significant national corporates. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years PQE in Respondent-based Employment work. Hybrid working and family-friendly policies are available, along with a competitive salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

  • 3 or 4 years' PQE or more in Respondent-based Employment work.
  • Experience in Tribunal work and business immigration matters.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Corporate and Commercial teams.
  • Manage a standalone Employment client base.
  • Handle a full range of Employment matters including restructures and settlement agreements.

Employment Solicitor, Leeds

The Employment market in Leeds is still booming - one of the busiest years we have seen in some time. This major Leeds firm is experiencing really strong growth, with several hires into the 3-Partner team already this year, at junior and more senior levels.

Responsibilities
  • Genuinely broad industry sector team that collaborates closely with the Corporate and Commercial teams as well as generating and developing their own standalone Employment client base of established major national corporates and SME / scale-up clients
  • Full range of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters including Tribunal work, strategic advisory work, employee management, restructures, re-organisations and redundancy, exit planning and settlement agreements, TUPE work and business immigration matters
