Overview

Litigation Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £55,000+ (DOE) - A new opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading regional law firm. JOB REF:0727

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including high value and complex commercial litigation, complex possession and property claims (including landlord and tenant, title rectification, professional negligence, trusts, commercial, insolvency, and general litigation and dispute resolution).
• Assist and confidently advise junior solicitors within the Litigation department.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and collaborate effectively within a team.

Location & Requirements

You will be based in Cornwall or be willing to relocate to this area. Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
