An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join a long-standing, highly respected regional firm based in Lincoln.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad and varied litigation caseload, including general civil and commercial matters
• Manage a diverse range of disputes such as contract disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, professional negligence, and debt recovery and enforcement
• Work within a well-established and busy litigation team with a pragmatic, client-focused approach

About You

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in litigation
• Sound technical knowledge and a commercial outlook
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and client care skills
• Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and contributing to business development
