Overview

Oliver Fisher Solicitors is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join our team. This is a front-of-house role that requires excellent organisational skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are prepared
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Confident using standard office software and phone systems
  • Punctual and reliable, with the ability to ensure the office is open and ready at 9:00 am daily
Location

London W11 1QQ (preferred). We would prefer applicants who live locally, as punctuality is essential to this role. Work Location: In person only.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £25,000 per annum (negotiable - depending on experience)
