Job description

We are seeking a highly organised Recoveries Specialist tto join our Legal & Recoveries team. In this role, you will support the Legal Manager in progressing debt recovery actions and ensuring the completion and maintenance of registered security across a portfolio of credit facilities.

This is a hands-on position focused on the efficient execution of legal processes, helping to minimise financial exposure, recover assets, and maintain robust security interests. It s an ideal opportunity for someone with legal support or recoveries experience who enjoys managing cases, drafting documentation and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

What You ll Do

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including claim forms, judgments and enforcement instructions.

• Manage recovery cases from instruction to resolution, ensuring timely and compliant progression.

• Liaise with external solicitors, enforcement agents and suppliers, issuing instructions and tracking progress.

• Work with internal teams such as Audit, Transport, Asset Management, Auctions, Sales and Finance to support asset recovery and security management.

• Conduct property and asset searches, maintain accurate security records and support credit facility administration.

• Monitor case progress and contribute to reporting and performance metrics.

• Respond to internal and external queries professionally, providing informed guidance.
