We are seeking a highly organised Recoveries Specialist tto join our Legal & Recoveries team. In this role, you will support the Legal Manager in progressing debt recovery actions and ensuring the completion and maintenance of registered security across a portfolio of credit facilities.
This is a hands-on position focused on the efficient execution of legal processes, helping to minimise financial exposure, recover assets, and maintain robust security interests. It s an ideal opportunity for someone with legal support or recoveries experience who enjoys managing cases, drafting documentation and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including claim forms, judgments and enforcement instructions.
Manage recovery cases from instruction to resolution, ensuring timely and compliant progression.
Liaise with external solicitors, enforcement agents and suppliers, issuing instructions and tracking progress.
Work with internal teams such as Audit, Transport, Asset Management, Auctions, Sales and Finance to support asset recovery and security management.
Conduct property and asset searches, maintain accurate security records and support credit facility administration.
Monitor case progress and contribute to reporting and performance metrics.
Respond to internal and external queries professionally, providing informed guidance.
Experience in a legal support or debt recovery role, ideally within asset finance or financial services.
Strong understanding of recoveries and enforcement processes.
Excellent drafting, communication and case-management skills.
Ability to work independently within a small, high-performing team.
Flexible, dependable and comfortable in a fast-paced commercial environment.
