The Immigration team advises corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals on UK immigration law, including sponsor licensing, visa applications, and compliance. • Preparing and submitting visa applications under the Points-Based Immigration System (i.e. Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility)
• Assisting with Sponsor Licence applications, renewals, and compliance
• Supporting private client immigration matters for individuals and families
• Drafting legal correspondence, application forms, and supporting documentation
• Liaising with clients, the Home Office, and internal teams
• Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records

• Law degree or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in immigration law (ideally 3+ months in a legal or professional services setting)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Genuine interest in UK immigration law and client service
