ROLE : Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor
PQE : NQ – 5 years PQE
About the Role :

You will manage an engaging portfolio of leasehold enfranchisement cases, working with clients including leaseholders, landlords, managing agents, and developers.

You'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in complex matters such as collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, rights of first refusal, and the Right to Manage under relevant legislation.

What We’re Looking For :
  • Proven experience handling leasehold enfranchisement issues
  • Ability to provide accurate and current legal advice on:
    • Lease extensions
    • Right of first refusal (Landlord and Tenant Act 1987)
    • Right to Manage (Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002)
