A reputable law firm in Bristol seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE. The position offers hybrid working, an excellent benefits package, and involvement in a broad range of commercial property matters. Candidates should have a solid track record in advising landlords and tenants, coupled with strong technical knowledge and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
TSR Legal are currently partnering with a well-regarded law firm based in Bristol who are looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE to the growing property department.
Our client is looking to recruit a Solicitor with a proven track record of advising landlords and tenants on a variety of leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, transactional landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, and commercial development matters. Our client handles a broad range of matters across a variety of sectors such as retail and the leisure industry.
To be considered for the role, our client requires a candidate with strong technical knowledge, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
