The Role

You’ll work closely with experienced partners and senior associates on a broad spread of corporate matters, including:

• Private company acquisitions and sales
• Corporate finance and transactional debt funding
• Corporate structuring, reorganisations and governance
• Director and shareholder relationships
• LLPs and partnership matters
• General company law and commercial advisory work

You’ll be involved from day one, helping to draft, review and progress transactions, with increasing responsibility as your confidence develops.

About You

• Newly qualified Corporate Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
• Strong interest in corporate and commercial work
• Commercially curious, detail‑focused and keen to learn
• Comfortable working directly with colleagues and clients
