Senior Corporate Solicitor – 5+ Years PQE

We’re currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500 / Top 500 firm based in the Hampshire/Surrey region, seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their award-winning Corporate and Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to work on complex, high-profile transactions while developing their career in a supportive and ambitious environment.

The Role: You will be advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including share sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholders’ agreements, and company option schemes. You will also have the opportunity to work with a strong client base across the financial services and accountancy sectors, providing commercially focused, practical advice on corporate governance and transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support corporate transactions, including share sales, acquisitions, disposals, and group reorganisations
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, SPAs, disclosure letters, and ancillary agreements
