The role involves reviewing contracts, providing legal support to various departments, and ensuring compliance with laws. Candidates must have legal knowledge, attention to detail, and business-level proficiency in Japanese and English. This position offers a chance to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
Qualificações
- Experience in reviewing and assessing contracts.
- Work experience in a legal setting within Europe.
- Ability to assess legal risks.
Responsabilidades
- Review and assess contracts and legal documents.
- Provide legal support for internal departments.
- Draft, revise, and manage contracts to ensure compliance.

We are a leading company in the food industry, operating primarily across Europe.
As part of our business expansion, we are currently strengthening our internal legal framework and seeking a new member to join our legal team.
Review and assessment of contracts and legal documents
Legal support for internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, and HR
Drafting, revising, and managing contracts
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal regulations
Organization and management of legal documentation
Legal knowledge and practical experience sufficient to understand and review contracts
Work experience within Europe
Strong attention to detail and ability to assess legal risks
Japanese: Business level
English: Business level or higher
Legal qualification holders or candidates with paralegal experience are welcome
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a team player
