A respected recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer for a hybrid role in London. Key responsibilities include providing legal advice on employment matters, acting as a point of contact for HR, and drafting policy documents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law. Additional experience in-house is desirable but not essential. The position requires presence in Central London 1 or 2 days per week, and candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
