A financial regulatory body is seeking a Senior Lawyer to support legal services in consumer credit and financial regulation. Candidates must be qualified solicitors or barristers with substantial experience. Key responsibilities include advising on financial law and influencing policy. Salary: National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from £60,900 to £76,000 and London from £66,900 to £83,500 (salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

Sitting in Regulatory & Corporate Legal (R&CL) Payments, Credit, Competition and Claims Management (PCCC) is responsible for advising the FCA on law relating to consumer credit, mortgages, retail banking, payments competition and the regulation of claims management companies.
