We are hiring for our client, a well-established London firm with a strong reputation in property law, who are seeking a Property Solicitor to join their thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year’s PQE looking to gain exposure to high-value residential, commercial, mixed-use and development projects.

You will work closely with an experienced partner known for advising property companies, offshore structures, developers, lenders, and high-net-worth clients — offering exceptional exposure and hands‑on experience.

The Role

• Manage a caseload spanning residential, commercial and mixed‑use property matters.
• Act on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, transfers and leasehold matters.
• Support on land acquisition for residential developers and assist throughout the development lifecycle.
• Handle plot sales, title reviews and all aspects of property due diligence.
• Work on secured lending matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ year PQE in property law.
• Strong background in residential or commercial property — or both.
• Confident managing files independently while working as part of a close‑knit team.
• Strong client care skills, particularly with HNW individuals and commercial clients.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
