Job summary
A recruitment agency in Oxford is seeking an experienced Solicitor/Lawyer specializing in Highways and Planning. The role offers hybrid working conditions and a rate of £50-£60 per hour. Candidates should have a current Practising Certificate and experience with planning agreements and local authority roles. This temporary contract requires a minimum of 22 hours per week, including possible remote work options.
Qualifications
- Current Practising Certificate is mandatory.
- Ideally, experience working with Local Authorities.
- Recent experience with s106 or highway agreements.
Responsibilities
- Draft Planning Agreements and other necessary documentation.
- Work on a temporary basis for 22 hours minimum per week.

Experienced Planning Lawyer

- Will consider remote working
