Senior Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £60,000 to £90,000 | Location: Northampton
- Manage your own caseload of high-quality commercial property matters.
- Handle a broad range of transactions, including leases, freehold and development land, agricultural property, and more complex agreements such as Options, Promotions, and Overage.
- Act for a varied client base including SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, individuals, and commercial lenders.
- Provide mentoring and supervision to junior colleagues.
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property.
- Proven experience managing complex caseloads with minimal supervision.
- Can balance autonomy with being a collaborative team player.
- Enjoys mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development.
- Private healthcare.
