Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 2+ years’ PQE, York, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm.

1. Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE seeking a new challenge in their career.
2. You will be responsible for a varied caseload including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, commercial agreements, and a full range of corporate transactions.
3. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and assist senior solicitors on more complex transactions.
4. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential.
5. You will be encouraged to participate actively in business development initiatives.
