The Immigration team advises corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals on UK immigration law, including sponsor licensing, visa applications, and compliance. The team is known for its technical expertise, client care, and ability to navigate complex immigration rules with clarity and precision.

Description

• Preparing and submitting visa applications under the Points-Based Immigration System (i.e. Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility)
• Assisting with Sponsor Licence applications, renewals, and compliance
• Supporting private client immigration matters for individuals and families
• Drafting legal correspondence, application forms, and supporting documentation
• Liaising with clients, the Home Office, and internal teams
• Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records

Profile

• Law degree or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in immigration law (ideally 3+ months in a legal or professional services setting)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
